STUDENTS

The vision for our Students is to equip them to adopt a lifelong, authentic, and vibrantly holistic Christian faith.

WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT

Trinity Baptist Church’s Student Ministry is a place where 6th-12th Grade Students connect with God, with other Students, and with committed leaders who want to help them follow Jesus.

About The Student Ministry

“Not just the future of the Church, but you are the Church.”

One of our values at Trinity Baptist Church is that our Students don’t have to wait until graduation to serve or participate in the active worship of our church services. Instead, we find intentional ways for them to express their gifts, talents, and callings in our worship services.

WEEKLY MINISTRY TIMES

SUNDAY MORNINGS

We meet together at 9:30AM in the Student Ministry area before going into our Discussion Groups (6th-8th Grades and 9th-12th Grades) for Bible Study at 9:55AM.  At the end of Discussion Groups, we come back together in the Student Ministry area to conclude our lesson.

WEEKLY, 9:30AM - 10:25AM

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Our Wednesday Nights recap the previous Sunday’s sermon or theme on a personal level that is relevant and practical for Students to apply throughout their week. Before the message, Students will gather in the Student Ministry area and will conclude the night in Small Groups.

QUESTIONS

How can I stay updated on what is happening each week in the Student Ministry?

We believe in partnering with parents by leading well in our value of communication! To stay up to date, text “Students” to +1 (833) 494-5398 and/or follow us on Instagram @tbcmadisonstudents

What grades are a part of the Student Ministry?

The Student Ministrty operates by grade level rather than age group. All students currently in 6th through 12th grade, are welcomed, regardless of age.

Can parents be a part of the Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship in the Student Ministry?

To protect your students, all adults that wish to observe a service are required to pass a background check. If you’d like to stay with your students to observe a service, please reach out to lane@trinitymadison.com at least a week in advance to arrange a background check.

What time should I drop off my Student on Wednesdays?

Check-in begins at 5:30PM; however, your student is welcomed to join the entire church in a community-wide Fellowship Meal at the church from 4:45PM-5:30PM. This is a time where we share a meal together.

How are Small Groups facilitated?

Every student is assigned to a Small Group based on their grade level and gender. Each group is led by one of our adult leaders and is no larger than 10-15 students! Our heart is to personally disciple students by giving them a smaller and more intentional environment to learn and grow spiritually.
