Trinity Baptist Church Recycling Program
“The earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell within.”
Psalm 24:1

The purpose of the Trinity Baptist Church recycling program is to be a good steward of the environment. Trinity recycles many of the items that we use and waste that we create internally. We ensure that all other items are properly disposed of, including hazardous waste items. Please contact any member of the Green Team for any questions.

In addition, some items for recycling are used to support various ministries:

Literature. Church literature is collected in several bins located in the hallways. Literature is donated to other organizations that re-use it for teaching, discipleship, and sharing the Gospel.

  • Sunday School study guides, commentaries, and teaching guides
  • Adult and children resource packets and related teaching materials
  • Bibles, course study books, and similar items
  • Other church literature and teaching materials suitable for re-use

Electronics. Electronics items are collected in bins located in the first floor C-wing hallway. Items are recycled and the church receives money or reward points. All monies go to support the youth program, and reward points are used to reduce church expenses.

  • Inkjet cartridges (from personal inkjet printers)
  • Smart phones
  • Tablets and iPads
  • Smart watches
  • Toner cartridges (separate bin)
  • We do NOT accept chargers, cables, covers, accessories, or inkjet “starter” cartridges
